Our standard call-out fee for commercial work is £165, which covers the electrician’s attendance and initial assessment. After this, work is charged at £85 per hour for call-outs, general maintenance, and repairs.
Please note that prices may vary for out-of-hours work or Sunday visits. This structure ensures transparency, while allowing us to provide a fair and accurate price based on the specific work required.

Our pricing for Domestic EICRs typically ranges between £200 – £250. The exact price depends on property size and the number of circuits or consumer units. Larger properties with more wiring and electrical outlets take longer to test, so the price may be higher. Another factor that can affect pricing is the age and condition of the installation. Older, damaged, or deteriorating electrical systems may require a larger amount of sampling to produce a detailed and accurate report.
