  • Discussion of identified repairs or maintenance requirements.

Your quotation and scope

Site-specific quotation based on the lights and testing scope

The pricing page contains guide bands. Give us the approximate number of emergency lights, any previous test records and access requirements so we can confirm the appropriate work and price. Repairs and replacements should be identified separately.

Every property and installation is different. Costs depend on the work required, access, cable routes, materials and the condition of the existing electrical installation. Contact us with details of your job and we’ll advise whether a site visit is needed before providing a tailored quotation.

Any additional work identified during assessment will be discussed and quoted before it is agreed. Your quotation will set out the included work, materials and any exclusions.

How we quote for this work

Planning the visit

Provide the premises postcode, use, opening hours and approximate light count. Mention high-level fittings, restricted areas and the person responsible for access. Tell us about any defects already recorded and agree when the testing can be carried out around occupancy and business operations.

Read about qualifications and insurance or see customer feedback.

Common questions

What information helps you quote?

The number and type of lights, building use, access arrangements and previous test records help establish the work. If this information is incomplete, discuss an assessment with us.

Does the testing price include replacing failed lights?

Do not assume replacement work is included. Ask for defects, proposed repairs and their costs to be set out separately before authorising further work.

Can emergency lighting testing be arranged with an EICR or PAT testing?

Yes, raise all the required checks in one enquiry. They test different parts of the premises and are scoped and priced separately.

Can you plan around business opening hours?

Tell us your operating hours and any restrictions. Access, the test sequence and suitable attendance are agreed before booking.
